An adventurous and very sensitive scheme that doubled the internal floor area and included a double basement within the total ‘knock down’ and rebuild. The planning consent for the basement was only the second to be granted in Westminster following a high court appeal for the first and a very lengthy planning process. The result was not only a great success for us but also for other developers and residents in Westminster as this now set a precedent.
